Conditions
- Booking with credit card to guarantee;
- You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 30 days before the arrival. After this term or in case of no-show a penalty of 30% of the stay will be applied;
- Breakage deposit: “200 Euro to pay in cash on arrival to the person responsible for the keys” (this will be given back at end of stay when keys handed in and apartment has been inspected);
- Maximum height of garage: 1.85 mts;
- For extended stays, please ask for a quotation. You will receive our best offer;
- Minimum Stay: We accept reservations for 3 days during low season;
